BEATUFUL GEORGIAN MAHOGANY DESK. CIRCA 1810.
Location: MAISON FELICE. 73960 El Paseo, Palm Desert. CA.
Condition: Missing 2 feet, back boards are broken, multiple imperfection and deterioration of both paint and polish.
First Phase:
1. Sanding of all surfaces.
2. Attachment of loosed pieces.
3. Carving of two missing legs.
4. Small pieces that were damaged have been replaced by new ones.
5. Back boards were replaced by new ones.
Second Phase:
6. Blending of color on all surfaces.
7. Polishing of entire desk.
8. Polishing of brass handles.
